12 Foundational Scriptures
During August we at Houston Mennonite Church have discerned 12 Foundational Scripture texts that express our identity and call us into the future that God has for us. On September 2 we almost finalized this list of 12 texts. We continue to dialogue and pray about this list, and invite you to live into the reality of God's word!
I found this list of foundational scriptures to be exactly what I needed today. A list to remind me of the faith that I have and the Kingdom to which I belong. I'm a fan of the Mennonites and the peace of Jesus' reign that they live out so well.
